Humble Bundles don't give Steam keys any longer, you link your Steam account to your Humble account, and then it gives you the option to redeem a game to your account. This was done to prevent abuse from people reselling bundles. This led to lots of people complaining that they couldn't give spare keys to friends or trade them (something which Humble never supported or intended anyhow. However, it looks like Humble have implemented a system where you can gift a key to a friend , which should quiet some of the complaints with their new system, though I'd expect a heavy load on Steam authentication servers when this launches.
