As the title says, go to this link:
Select GoDaddy, which has a minimum purchase requirement of $5.00. I chose x2 .info domains at $3.17 each (including taxes).
Make sure to keep all windows open until completion of the offer and then click on the 'green arrow' that says 'I already completed the offer (or something like that).
I did it twice, using different browsers. The first time I had to contact Trialpay because I did not receive an instant ticket confirmation (it took 4 hrs to get it fixed). The second time, it worked w/o a problem.
