Vitamix is promoting its 6300 model for $499.99 in their roadshow at Costco store

Also they are selling the 32oz dry container (univeral for all Vitamix models) for $98.99

The next cheaper price I can find for the 6300 is $579 and $125 for the dry container.

Although it looks identical to the pro 500 model from outside, the roadshow person told me this model uses the more powerful motor as in the pro 700. Also told by the rep is that the 5200 is estimated (based on daily use) to last 20 years and 6300 is estimated to last for 30 years.Just FYI
