Free Upgrade To Norton Internet Security/Antivirus/360 2013 From Unexpired Previous Versions Of Norton 360 Or NIS/Antivirus 2006 Or Later
New versions of Norton Internet Security 2013/Antivirus and 360 have been released and you can update to the latest version for free from any previous version of 2006 or later NIS/AV or 360, with an unexpired subscription, by visiting the Norton Update Center . After selecting the product you are upgrading. choose 'Update me now' to download the upgrade installer. After you download the installer, the setup will automatically start and upgrade your NIS to the latest version. When I upgraded two machines from NIS 2012, all the program custom settings were reset except for excluded scan locations. You can also use the upgrade installer to do a clean install of NIS 2013/AV or 360 on a system with no previous version installed. The first time NIS starts it will ask for a CD key and will begin a 14-day trial if no key is entered. You can use an unexpired key from any previous version of NIS 2006 or later to activate NIS 2013. Keep in mind that if you enter a new key without your previous subscription having expired, it will reset the time remaining to 365 days, so you want to wait until your current subscription expires before entering a new key.
You can also download the update for you product from the link in your Norton Account
