Massachusetts Lowes are holding a full payback rebate for this water heater. You must one of the elecrcity provider listed in the form. I just bought one myself and all you have to pay are installation fees. The heater was $999.99. Installation was 379.99. Minus - rebate of 999.99 =379.99 for a brand new water heater. Massachusetts is aiming to save on electricity by giving a rebate on the most energy saving water heaters. This specific heater will save you (at least me) 200$ per year on my electric bill. This uses about (correct me if im wrong (50$) a year. I'm paying 450$ now. so this heater will eventually payback in 2 years. 2) Work with a licensed plumber to install in a property with an active meter

Dated receipt with product information.
Dated contractor invoice, including name & license #, HPWH make, model and size, customers name & address, and installed cost.
