For those wondering these are literally the best bang for the buck kitchen knife set you can get. Drop forged, full tang, riveted, high carbon steel knives. These are not dishwasher safe and will rust if left for too long in water, but if wiped down right after using they will last forever. The edge stays sharp for months of use at a time. I just hone them once a week and I've only had to slightly sharpen the pairing knife once (wife left it in the sink and it got a bit of rust and dull edge from it).
