Sony 8 Device Universal Learning Remote RM-VLZ620 $17.49 + Free Shipping From B&H Photo
LinkAccording to CCC it was around $17 on amazon back in 2011. so this seems sorta slick. It's about $20-25 most places.

But better than the price is the remote. I've owned the OLD version (VL600) of this remote for many years. It's the best cheap simple remote out there.
The best feature is that it's a learning remote. Meaning if the code for your IR device isn't in the book, but you still have the original remote. you can point the original remote at the universal one and learn the codes. It's time consuming, but it works for ANY IR remote.
It also have all the buttons you will need. menu, back, A B C D, page up/down, etc.
It also have macro buttons, where you can turn on your tv, change the input, thun on the receiver and change that input and switch to channel 1309. all with one button press.
You can also program certain buttons to always work with a particular source no matter which input is selected. for example. if I have TV selected and hit volume, it doesn't try to change the volume on my TV I have it set to always control my AV receiver volume when you put the volume buttons. Very nice.
I don't recall ever seeing this remote on here. I like it much better than the Logitech Harmony series. Especially for the price.
Edit: Looks like free shipping is gone. shipping is $3.99. Still a good remote but not nearly as slick.
